Customer Care

Writing a detailed customer care policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

There will be no refunds. However, you have an option to obtain store credit only if the product is returned in purchased condition. The product must not be cut, colored, flat-ironed, washed or chemically altered. The product must me returned within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping cost.
